Rabia Mirza is an accredited HR Consultant, Executive Coach, Lecturer and Keynote Speaker with more than 20 years of senior HR experience across Ireland, Canada and the United States.
She holds a BSC (Honours) in HR and a Graduate Diploma in Business, and maintains Chartered membership with CIPD and Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. She has been rated as one of the top coaches in Ireland for 4 consecutive years.
Known for her calm, clear and straight-talking style, she helps leaders bring structure to complex people issues, strengthen compliance, and build workplaces where people perform, stay and grow.

Christina Canning: Associate HR Consultant
Christina is an accredited HR Consultant with more than a decade of diverse human resources experience across recruitment agencies, multinational technology companies, and public-sector hospitals.
She progressed from administrative roles into HR Specialist and HR Business Partner positions. This breadth of experience developed in high-volume and highly regulated environments shapes her practical and results-driven approach to HR for SMEs.
She is a certified HR professional with CIPD, a certified Core Strengths facilitator, and holds a BA (Honours) in Human Resources Management from National College of Ireland.
