Rabia Mirza is an accredited HR Consultant, Executive Coach and Lecturer with more than 20 years of senior HR experience across Ireland, Canada and the United States.

She holds a BSC (Honours) in HR and a Graduate Diploma in Business, and maintains Chartered membership with CIPD and Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. She is also a top-rated EMCC-accredited Executive Coach.

Known for her calm, clear and straight-talking style, she helps leaders bring structure to complex people issues, strengthen compliance, and build workplaces where people perform, stay and grow.

Christina Canning: Associate HR Consultant

Christina is an accredited HR Consultant with more than a decade of diverse human resources experience across recruitment agencies, multinational technology companies, and public-sector hospitals.

She progressed from administrative roles into HR Specialist and HR Business Partner positions. This breadth of experience developed in high-volume and highly regulated environments shapes her practical and results-driven approach to HR for SMEs.

She is a certified HR professional with CIPD, a certified Core Strengths facilitator, and holds a BA (Honours) in Human Resources Management from National College of Ireland.

Her work focuses on partnering closely with business owners to build clear HR systems, strengthen communication, and navigate day-to-day people matters with professionalism, clarity and empathy.
